2. Development of bearing accurate on-line measurement system in cooperation with the Institute of advanced manufacturing technology, Hefei Institute of material sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Problem solving: employees need to measure the bearing groove radius, center height, center distance, inner diameter and outer diameter during production.

Project Name: precision on-line measurement system of strong reflection and high curvature bearing

Function realization: online real-time detection of important dimensions such as bearing channel radius, center height, center distance, inner diameter and outer diameter, online non-contact laser measurement technology, instead of offline manual sampling inspection, to improve the monitoring of overall bearing processing quality.

Further, the digital transformation of the company's on-line detection can help promote the automation and intelligence of the bearing manufacturing process, effectively drive the improvement of the overall intelligent equipment level, enable employees to get rid of complicated and repetitive labor, and enhance the company's competitiveness in new product development, high-precision bearing production and manufacturing, cost, price, quality and service.
