The formed software can be used for the R & D and optimization design of new bearings, which greatly reduces the development cost and cycle of key models of bearings; Break through and drive the company to improve the design and R & D capacity of bearing products, so as to improve the share of bearing products in the international high-end market.
Discipline advantages of Henan University of science and technology
At present, Henan University of science and technology has the only undergraduate professional direction of rolling bearing in China. Since the Seventh Five Year Plan, he has participated in the national key scientific and technological research projects in bearing performance analysis and design. In 1989, he jointly developed the first set of precision high-speed spindle angular contact ball bearing quasi-static analysis software in China with Luoyang axle Research Technology Co., Ltd., which fully considered the drag characteristics and thermal effects of lubricating oil; Since the Seventh Five Year Plan, the research on the drag characteristics of bearing lubricant, a very important parameter in the dynamic analysis of rolling bearings, has been carried out. At present, the only test-bed simulating the drag characteristics of aviation lubricating oil in China has been developed. The drag characteristics and mechanical performance parameters of domestic aviation lubricating oil 4010, 4109, 4106, 4050 and aviation lubricating grease 7007 and 7018 have been tested before and after, A simple calculation formula of lubricant film traction force (also known as traction force) between rolling element and raceway is provided for bearing dynamic analysis; During the Tenth Five Year Plan period, participated in the quasi dynamic analysis and research of rolling (ball / roller) bearings, completed the development of quasi dynamic analysis software of double half inner ring angular contact ball bearings and high-speed cylindrical roller bearings, and carried out the multi field coupling research of rolling bearings; During the Tenth Five Year Plan period, the research on the dynamic performance of single rotor system of bearing components, as well as the test and theoretical research on bearing friction torque were completed. Experimental study on performance evaluation of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings in the Eleventh Five Year Plan and the twelfth five year plan. At present, the development and experimental research of high-end automobile turbocharger bearing are being carried out.
